Heathfield Swim School take the safeguarding of all members, children, staff, parents and grandparents extremely seriously. In order to report a concern to the Swim School Welfare team please complete the information form above to the best of your ability and include as much detail as possible. The Swim School team will review the safeguarding concern and may be in contact to collect further details. 2 - Contact NSPCC on 0808 800 5000 to report a concern
3 - Remember if a swimmer or child approaches you get them to 'Tell, Explain and Describe', ask open ended questions and write down all information to the best of your ability.
